Problem: Getting the speed much lower than 1000 mbps (1Gig)
Solved: 1. Internet plan that customer has is 150 mbps or 400 mbps that couse speed. Call dispatch to ask what exactly customer has.
2. Modem provisioned before for 200 or 400 mbps. Call dispatch to provision for 1gig and change the codes on the account for 1 gig.
3. Bad signal. Check upstream and downstream it should be between -10 to +10. Check drop if it is wet or rusty, replace ground, block, moca filter, splitter, fitings. Check all frequencies in home certification.
